With the second year of this newsletter beginning, I am reflecting on the past one, and must admit that I am quite pleased by the collection of topics, and contributors we had. I am planning to keep going in the same direction, already aligning great guest writers for 2013.
The reader will notice that the newsletter site got a new lifting, each issue having its own section now. I hope you will find it more enjoyable to read past articles. Also, don’t forget to follow the WAO/FACTOR Twitter account, and to become of member of the LinkedIn Group for discussions about topics covered here.
I am very happy to close 2012 with Jim Lenskold. I strongly recommend that you read his seminal work, Marketing ROI: The Path to Campaign, Customer, and Corporate Profitability, especially if you are in the digital analytics sphere. You will realize that many of the questions we ask have been around for a long, long time.
